Another busy and fun-filled week at our Food & Fun programme 🌞🎉🌟
This week, the children have enjoyed a fantastic range of activities. They started the week with Hockey Wales, learning how to hold a hockey stick correctly and develop their dribbling skills. They also got creative in the kitchen with Clare from FfresCook 😋 making healthy popcorn and took part in Legendary themed drama with Chloe Drama with Chloe bringing Welsh legends to life 🎭.
The fun continued with short mat bowls at Foundry House and basketball skills 🏀 with Chwaraeon Sir Benfro / Sport Pembrokeshire. Throughout the week children have shown excellent teamwork, perseverance and enthusiasm 👏🌟🙌
As part of our healthy eating theme, the children have also been learning about sugar intake and how making simple swaps can lead to healthier choices 🍏 🍉
