New Bells at St. Mary’s Church

Manorbier class visited St Mary’s church at the end of January to see and learn all about the eleven new bells that have been restored. The children had the opportunity to sketch the bells, watch and hear the organ be played and enjoy a drink and biscuit. In addition to this, they were shown the positioning of the bells from the outside of the church. The children thoroughly enjoyed their visit. A big thank you must go to Yvonne Jones who led the tour and taught the children lots of fantastic facts.

Manorbier class visited St Mary’s church at the end of January to see and learn all about the eleven new bells that have been restored. The children had the opportunity to sketch the bells, watch and hear the organ be played and enjoy a drink and biscuit. In addition to this, they were shown the positioning of the bells from the outside of the church. The children thoroughly enjoyed their visit. A big thank you must go to Yvonne Jones who led the tour and taught the children lots of fantastic facts.
